Plans

Open Setup & Support → Plan & credits, or click your credit balance at the top. Each plan is a monthly price with a monthly credit allowance:

• Free: one brand, one platform and manual publishing, with a one-time bundle of trial credits to try everything.
• Starter (€29/month): one brand, all four platforms and automatic publishing.
• Growth (€79/month, most popular): three brands, plus the learning loop, AI visibility checks and agent access.
• Scale (€199/month): ten brands, plus white-label.
• Agency (€449/month): unlimited brands at the best rate.

What uses credits

On paid plans, writing is unlimited: posts, documents, campaigns and strategy do not use credits. Credits go to images, videos and AI visibility checks. On the Free plan everything uses your trial credits. The plan cards show roughly how many AI images your monthly credits cover.

Extra credits

Need more in a busy month? Press "Top up credits" and choose an amount. Extra credits are a one-time purchase, not a plan, and they do not expire.

"Where your credits go" breaks your usage down by action, by person and by brand, and "Purchases & invoices" lists what you bought. BrandOps9 warns you before you run out, and Autopilot pauses and emails you instead of failing silently.
